BuildWith Tracker ("we", "our", or "us") operates buildwithtracker.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account and use our services:
We do not sell your personal data. Project data is only accessible to you and team members you explicitly invite. Business contact information (company names, trade, and work email addresses) added to the shared company database may be visible to other authenticated BuildWith Tracker users, as described during onboarding.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (backed by AWS infrastructure) and is protected using row-level security policies. Files you upload are stored in private buckets and are only accessible via time-limited signed URLs to authorized users.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password. You can revoke access at any time via your Google account settings.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level database security, and private file storage. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform.
